We created this interior design project for an apartment that will be rented out. Our task was to achieve an interesting and vibrant composition without being overwhelming or overly pretentious. We aimed for maximum space utilization, quality execution, and the lowest possible budget. We carefully selected ready-made furniture to create a stylish and attractive apartment, ideal for tenants seeking a modern and engaging living environment. To make the most of the space, custom-built furniture was necessary. With the budget in mind, we opted for materials that offered a good balance of appearance, price, and quality. The color scheme includes a background of neutral tones that create a sense of calm and coziness, boldly complemented by deep pink-wine and elegant olive, which add character to the space. Graphic black and white elements bring out contrast and playfulness, while yellow accents infuse energy. With this design, we aimed to achieve the perfect balance between cost, functionality, and aesthetic value.
